Watched Song Of The Sea, from the makers of The Secret Of Kells. Such a beautiful and moving story! This one and HTTYD2 were robbed from the Oscar.

  • The Imitation Game is full of HP references! Hogwarts's train, King's Cross, the hallway towards the Room Of Requirements, Desplat doing the music, and Benedict Cumberbatch who's the favorite to play Newt Scamander.

I was afraid they were going to ruin it, given that the show doesn't have a good reputation on how it adapted fairy tales into a Avengers-like world. But they did everything perfectly, and they got a great idea to make the story to be like a sequel of the original movie. And Georgina and Elizabeth have the same kind of vibe as Anna and Elsa in the movie (and given that it's Elizabeth Lail's first acting work, it's perfect).
  • It took 10 years to 20th Century Fox to learn how to adapt books faithfully without doing a movie that alienates audiences and fans. I hope the sucess of The Fault in Our Stars and Maze Runner will make them twice when they adapt another book.

OMG, she died?! Her set decoration for Potter was absolutely legendary. :( A fantastically talented woman, she (and her contribution to the world of cinema) will be missed.

No way!! :( :( She was such a fantastic set designer...the work she and Stuart did on the films were some of the best things about them. The details and objects she packed into the sets, effects done with paint work and aging, it was all so stunning. The world has lost a person with a keen eye for detail and quality and someone that the people from the films had such a respect for. R.I.P. :(

I'm so sorry to hear this. Her designs are some of the best many of us have ever seen, and in her brilliant work on the Harry Potter film series, we will always remember. She was a truly talented set decorator who gained such respect from the film industry, and she will be missed. R.I.P. :(
