Watched Song Of The Sea, from the makers of The Secret Of Kells. Such a beautiful and moving story! This one and HTTYD2 were robbed from the Oscar.

The problem was the post production color correcting. It's like they make films with good cinematography, and then they add grain, they lower the brightness and the colour. Deathly Hallows had a great cinematography, it was ruined with the post production. It had a bettrr lightning better on HP8 for the 3D version. But it was because the film was going to be released on 3D. The 3D version of HP7 had the same Brightness as the 2D version.1
Looks like Desplat is having another great year. Hopefully he'll manage to score Fantastic Beasts as well.1
Prim's death in the books happened just like that, at least in the movie, Katniss and Prim managed to see each other before the parachutes blew it up. Lionsgate pulled a WB and spoiled most of the action in the trailers just like WB did with Deathly Hallows. The real emotional impact of the movie came after the war ended, it felt so real and heartbreaking. But the foreshadowing in the first 15 minutes is heartbreaking. It's a movie you need to see more at once, because the first time, you go checking what was kept or dropped from the book.2
That was powerful. Also, I was right. Lionsgate spoiled the movie with the trailers.1
And there's also the "For Prim" video. I gotta say that Lionagate dropped the ball with the marketing, nothing like they did with the first film. I thought it was bad that WB put the final battle between Harry and Voldemort in the first Deathly Hallows trailer.
Put putting most of the clímax of the book, and including the actual epilogue is worst.1
