Please do yourself a favor and look before you post. A press release from WB was posted 2 days ago confirming it.lol I was pointing at the fact that the Rowling Facebook posts explicitly says he will direct the filmS, plural. Because the original WB announcement from two days ago only said "Fantastic Beasts will be directed by David Yates," not making it clear whether he would direct the entire trilogy or just the first film.
No need to be a bitch about it, though.2
http://cs620920.vk.me/v620920006/1a1b6/Q4HSxA1HD4g.jpgRowling confirmed that version of the anagram was wrong and only 'wishful thinking.'
My daughter was reading a few places and then she thought it was a bit strange that the anagram could fit both ways...but you know JK, she likes to keep us on our toes.
.@troyentyler Yes, wishful thinking. 'Say details' isn't normal English usage and this is about Newt's adventure, 70 years before Harry's.— J.K. Rowling (@jk_rowling) October 7, 2014
I just wish people would be happy for what we are getting an stop asking for Harry Potter Book 8 every time Rowling says she is working on a new project. I'm utterly excited for 'Fantastic Beasts' and I don't even think I'd like another book / movie from Harry's POV.1
I am so unbelievably excited about this news! It's what I always wanted, for Yates to return. This is gonna be perfect.1
Oh, here's the source: http://www.24-horas.mx/cuaron-sin-planes-por-el-momento-para-regresar-a-grabar/
I know you guys will be disappointed but I'm kinda glad tbh. Mine is an unpopular opinion, but if it's not Yates again (which I HIGHLY doubt he'd agree to another Potter) I'd rather have a new director.1
"The Silkworm" will be the title to the "The Cuckoo's Calling" sequel, out June 24, 2014.
Here's the synopsis and cover:
Private investigator Cormoran Strike returns in a new mystery from Robert Galbraith, author of the #1 international bestseller The Cuckoo’s Calling.
When novelist Owen Quine goes missing, his wife calls in private detective Cormoran Strike. At first, Mrs. Quine just thinks her husband has gone off by himself for a few days–as he has done before–and she wants Strike to find him and bring him home.
But as Strike investigates, it becomes clear that there is more to Quine’s disappearance than his wife realizes. The novelist has just completed a manuscript featuring poisonous pen-portraits of almost everyone he knows. If the novel were to be published, it would ruin lives–meaning that there are a lot of people who might want him silenced.
When Quine is found brutally murdered under bizarre circumstances, it becomes a race against time to understand the motivation of a ruthless killer, a killer unlike any Strike has encountered before…
A compulsively readable crime novel with twists at every turn, THE SILKWORM is the second in the highly acclaimed series featuring Cormoran Strike and his determined young assistant, Robin Ellacott.
I'm so excited!! I can't wait. I love the synopsis.2
