    STUPEFY!

A free-fall type ride - lights flash and shout spells, causing you to go up and down.

Mine would be a flying car attraction :
You're on Mr Weasley's car and you're flying slowly over London (you can see some images of London in front of you).
Then a bit later you arrive in the forbidden Forest and there the coaster starts. It's a thrilling dark ride coaster with some fake trees as background and some spiders that pop up in front of you at some point.

    Dumbledore's Astronomy Tower of Doom:

We start from Dumbledore's POV, talking to Draco using the holograms or whatever. When Snape comes in and kills you, there's a giant green flash and you fall the ride goes backward. It's a 120mph on a 179° decline, because 180 is just a bit unreasonable.

The ride ends after dropping 500 feet onto the courtyard.

The hologram show is about 2 minutes while the ride itself is just under 3 seconds.

That's too similar to Dragon Challenge.
Although, I prefer this 100% more.

I would prefer a Quidditch ride in which one is strapped in and riding on a broom, but it is an indoor ride with realistic use of CGI to create a pitch around the riders. Each of the broomsticks follow a track but you wouldn't be able to realize the track was there, if possible. It would all be masked and give the illusion that you're flying inside the pitch, with all kinds of bludgers and players flying at you.

Also, definitely a Gringotts coaster or even just one of those slow, tour rides for a huge Ministry of Magic set. Rides don't always have to be about thrills.
